Return & Cancellation Policy

DreamStarter is a digital software-as-a-service product operated by Web3 CommunityBuild (OPC) Private Limited (India) and CommunityBuild FZE LLC (UAE). Because we sell access to online software and $DREAM credits — not physical goods — there is nothing to ship or physically return. This policy explains how cancellations work.

No physical goods

DreamStarter does not sell or ship physical products. All purchases are for digital access (subscriptions and $DREAM credits), so traditional product returns do not apply.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Pro or Max subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.

  • In the app: open your dream → Billing & Plans → Cancel plan.
  • Or email support@dreamstarter.xyz from your account email and we will cancel it for you.

$DREAM credits

$DREAM credits are digital and are added to your dream when a subscription renews or a credit pack is purchased. Once issued they are not transferable or returnable for cash, and monthly subscription credits do not roll over after the billing period.

Relationship to refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals; it is separate from refunds. For when a charge may be refundable, please see our Refund Policy.
