Refund Policy

DreamStarter is a digital software service operated by Web3 CommunityBuild (OPC) Private Limited (India) and CommunityBuild FZE LLC (UAE). This policy explains when subscription fees and $DREAM credit purchases are eligible for a refund.
Digital service
DreamStarter provides AI agents, content generation, and related digital features delivered instantly online. Because $DREAM credits and AI generations are consumed in real time, amounts for credits that have already been used are generally non-refundable.
Subscriptions (Pro & Max)
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
When you are eligible for a refund
- A duplicate or accidental charge for the same billing period.
- A verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the service and could not be resolved.
- A charge made in error — for example, after a cancellation you had already completed.
- A first-time subscription where no $DREAM credits from that billing period have been used, requested within 7 days of the charge.
When refunds are not provided
- Credits or AI generations that have already been consumed.
- Change of mind after credits have been used or the billing period has substantially elapsed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked non-refundable at checkout.
- Charges on accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@dreamstarter.xyz from the address associated with your account, including your account email, the dream/project name, the amount, the date of the charge, and the reason for the request. We may ask for the payment reference shown on your receipt.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, or other supported method), typically within 5–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are made in the original transaction currency (INR or USD).
